Deposits are non-refundable and necessary to secure appointments. Therefore, ensure that you are ready to proceed with the treatment before paying a deposit. The deposit will be deducted from the amount to be paid on the day of your appointment.

We understand that sometimes, you’ll need to change your plans but please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment and we’ll reschedule without any due date. We allow clients to “float” their deposit one time.

We do not offer refunds on our treatments as results can vary from one person to another due to internal and external factors. However, we will take into account your feedback very carefully and make appropriate adjustments on your next appointment.
