This client originally opted for a Shaved Look Procedure with us. While he was very pleased with the outcome, he really wanted to have long hair, so decided to investigate hair transplantation.

After finding a highly qualified surgeon in Brazil, Dr. Felipe Pitella, we discussed a strategic approach to maximize his donor zone. The plan was to extract nearly all available grafts on the sides and back and then address those areas with Scalp Micropigmentation.

This required the client to wear his hair with a specific hair style: buzzed with a zero guard on the sides and back, but long on the top.

As an added bonus the existing SMP from his Shaved Look procedure would provide an even denser appearance.
